To you, our loyal blog readers – thank you for receiving what we are creating here at Dudley Court Press. Our purpose is to help thoughtful people bring their messages to the world through books. We love what we do. We’re grateful to have the opportunity to support, guide, educate and serve authors, readers and communities.
In 2017, we had the pleasure of publishing Joan Markwell’s well-received book, Softening the Grief. We continue to support her ongoing speaking and writing activities that are opening doors for people to talk about their grief.
We also published Lee Albert’s second book, Yoga for Pain Relief. We are so pleased that Lee and his work are to be featured in a PBS special (“Living Pain-free”) with Peggy Cappy, which will begin airing nationwide in March, 2018. The second edition of Lee’s first book, Live Pain-free will be released early in 2018. Both of Lee’s books will be included in the PBS fundraising gift package.
My book, Write the Book You’re Meant to Write is ready for release in January, 2018 (though we do have advance copies available for holiday gift-giving!).
We’ve also been pleased to offer you free membership in our Book Reviewer Panel and are most thankful for the reviews you have posted online in support of our authors.
Finally, we’re grateful for the early interest in our new course, Move Me Forward, for book writers who are stuck.
All in all, 2017 has been a year filled with wonderful new clients, new friends, new directions and new books – and continuing, lovely relationships with authors, colleagues and friends. We’re looking forward to new adventures in 2018 and hope you’ll come along with us. Thank you for being part of the Dudley Court Press family.
May you and your loved ones enjoy all goodness and bounty this Thanksgiving season.
Warmly,
Gail Woodard and the entire staff at Dudley Court Press
